So I ended up making a quickndirty Black Falcon army for BrikWars so I can provide both sides. Unfortunately it has 3 actual black falcon torsos. But it *also* has 5 farmers, 5 spearmen, 5 bowmen, 5 thieves, 5 horse mounted axemen, queen, king, 5 animals (2 dogs, 2 falcons, 1 goat) (and plenty of copium). I have a tonne more pants and some torsos that would work covered up, so I may try and buy armour for all these plus some extra torsos and some swords and shields and helms

So it ends up after forgetting to post the sigfig I'd made, someone ended up recreating her!! (along with someone elses). This is for brikwars, so the primary purpose of a sigfig is for cameos in battles, like a planeswalker in the multiverse or justice league europe supers cameoing in a north american alien invasion. She's a magic user. She has a staff for normal spells, but her magic wand lets her send out quick cutting boomerang spells. Torso is lego monsters, hair is the falconer, pants are the koala zookeeper, face is the girl with rocker, staff has a antistud for easier custom poses, shoulder pads are .. from somewhere XD
Found 2 of my 3 ships and the gun emplacement. Managed to find enough aliens to squick together 8 squads of infantry (2 more). So now it's 13 units total. Once I get my 2 snowspeeders ordered and a 4th tauntaun I'll add 3 more units (2 tauntaun units). Need way more hoth bodies sadly, nowhere near enough. May try and at minimum find a seller with a tonne of bodies
This is my lego hoth army! Not all are 100% hoth soldiers lorewise/uniformwise but with our last real battlepack being 2010, I'm letting myself have extras to have a playable force (yes we got a 15$ polybag in 2022 but those don't reach my city and last like 4 months, and yes we had one in 2016 but it had literally 2 figures. Our last actual bulk buy battlepack was 2010 even if we've had singles, and I only was allowed 1 back then by Rule of Mum). Also not all are 100% lego brand, I've dipped into chinese sellers, especially for the alien heads for the rebels. 2.5 units of 5 hoth soldiers are legit, all orange pilots are legit, tank, droid, and tauntauns are legit, so are any yellow heads, and a couple extras are. Guns 50/50, helms 50/50.
Unsure what game I'll use them for. Probably whichever my opponent is willing to teach me XD All told I have 6 foot soldier units of 5 (plus 1 spare), 1 droid and 2 pilots for my upcoming A-Wings (need 2 more pilots and 1 more droid), 1 unit of 3 tauntauns (if I find a 4th will split into 2 units of 2), a tank, plus an unpictured gun platform from a clone battle pack the 3rd side guy will command.
So at the moment for a game I have 9 units, and with the 2 A-Wings and another tauntaun I can boost that into 12 units :3
I have 2 fun custom A-Wings coming in I custom designed based on my fav ever lego set, but need to finish ordering em. Those will also be from china, way easier to bulk buy parts that way. It's not even about the cost with those, it's just easier to get what you need
Tauntauns are somewhere in 2007-2011, and the droid is 1999-2007, plus I have some old af yellow heads in there, and the tank is 2010. The A-Wings will be based heavily on a set from 1999 but modified for less unique parts, unique colouring, and a astromech droid holder in addition to the default 2 pilots

Got some Tsum Tsum animals plus free accessories plus a rando polytoad for my chibi dnd set for 10cad. (my chibi dnd set, will take pictures later (but it'll be A Lot to take pics of), is a bunch of prepainted kids toys in a close enough scale for dnd. The bulk is made up of Disney Doorables and the old Minecraft Minifigs (so mostly 1.5 inch figs). I also have old Squinkies for children/halflings and Funkos as large monsters or giants or gods, and I have Squishmallows as Dungeon Bosses and Campaign Bosses, really any super big monsters). Tsum Tsum's make good beasts of burden or room bosses, cart pullers, 4 legged beings, etc, but I don't want them as character races
Got some lego for my Hoth obsession and army. Paid entirely too much but 15-25yo lego does not come cheap even if I bought 3rd party, the barmaid is likely even older then I am even if the oldest other piece is likely the droid (between 1999 and 2007). The tauntauns, 2 are bendy tail (24cad minimum online) and 1's solid tail (17 cad minimum online). Tauntaun's, 2 were 2 for 30cad, 1 was 10cad. Overall I paid a bit above chinese price for the figs and tauntauns but not enough to make me complain about real stuff, and I paid under bricklink on most, with no shipping even :3
Action fig wise, there's a 2nd droid backpack somewhere at the bottom of my bag, but both came with gun, bolt, and bag, kitt and pilot lack guns. Been wanting for a bit to make a collection of the shorter action figs again, so this is a start. Also got a brown protocol droid (google says 5YQ designation), not pictured :D
