“I’m sorry I’ve been going off maybe 3 to 4 hours of sleep this week. What did you say again?”

Perched on a couch in the dead center of a cafe, paperwork cuddled in his arms, the end of his pen between his teeth, Giovanni nearly pouts when the sudden realization that he had unknowingly picked the career with the most paperwork hits him. However, his blue eyes gaze toward the dip in angle of the couch, a look of puzzlement on his face. “um…can I help you?” So he came off as most Cavaliere men upon first meeting, but the quiet man was often spoken of in high regard. 

Dani sighed as the black car pulled up outside the building that it had picked her up from. This was always the deal, they picked her up in the same location and dropped her off, that way she was never seen at the same place too many times. Nodding as she accepted the money and smiling softly at the familiar driver, stepping out of the car and shutting the door gently behind her, she barely noticed the people around her, too busy counting the money as she looked up. “All in a nights work.” She said with a chuckle, nodding to the wad of cash in her hands. “I just need a cigarette.”

The paramedic’s eyes wander toward the younger woman’s phone for only a second before a smirk passes his lips. “I believe it’s a torture device but I could be wrong. Perhaps it’s a statue”

“They’re so much stronger and heavier, and they’re so determined…it’d be rough for the poor cow. I would hate to be her too” She let out a soft laugh. “It also makes it more of a sure shot if they really are going for the whole breeding thing.” 

“That’s not even close to the same thing” Rylee pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed. “That’s just because it’s usually safer for the animals when it comes down to it.” She rolled her eyes. “The fact that she tried to prove her point is problematic though”

“God just…..no. I can’t believe the logic there” She cringed as she looked at the other girl. “That’s stupid and disgusting on top of being illegal” 

“Jesus Ch- Nope. No way. There’s no justification for that”

“I really don’t want to kink shame but farm animals is going way too far.” Gio shudders at the thought. “is a goat even a farm animal?” He laughs with an exaggerated and slightly shocked sigh. “better, more invasive question, why’d you go there in the first place? Are you secretly in a relationship with a goat? God Dammit, Trix, we’ve talked about this!” 

“Oh god I don’t want to think of that anywhere near me at all” She shook her head with a small shiver. “Some people are into that shit somewhere in the world”

She nodded. “That’s very true.” Trinity smiled. “I used to drink a lot but I stopped. I have no idea what got into me..”

“That is…..” Rylee tried to find the words to describe what she was looking at. “Disturbing….I don’t understand who came up with that. Someone with no vagina clearly.”

 charlies curiosity is peaked as trixie’s face, seemingly drops into a disgusted view, “wait what?” but the phone is turned around, and his how eyebrows narrow at the thing, “what are—- you looking up? jesus christ, no amount of money or love in this world could make me put that inside. what is this? why are you looking at this?”

Giovanni’s eyes slide for a moment before he chokes, his face darkening with a shade of red that he was sure hadn’t ever been on his cheeks before. “I mean, it might not be healthy for internal organs but um… well, people are into some strange and quirky things? That’s the best I’ve got for you, Trix. Maybe it’s like… actually an award or something and not a sex toy?” He eyes her phone cautiously, in public, he might add.

“Remind me downing a whole bottle of Chardonnay is not a good idea..” She whispered as she held her head and looked at the other.
