I myself am my worst critique.

I find comfort knowing that it’s true.

These past couple of days I’ve been giving into my demons. Since then, I’ve noticed that nothing has changed. My mind is a constant cloud of impure thoughts.

This addiction can kill me.

Today I woke up with a decision to make. I chose to sink.  I decided to swim.

I must have a sign that reads STUPID BITCH written on my forehead

My exact words while yelling at my friend  about a series of unfortunate events. On this regular ol’ sunny day I remember  going into the kitchen and making myself some tea. As I’m getting my serenity on, a random thought came to mind:

I should stop drinking coffee and begin whitening my teeth.

Why not? I have the box just sitting…
