When Trish was killed by Kessler, she was pregnant with her and Cole’s first child. This was a fault in the timeline and was not meant to happen, but when her and Cole reconciled after the attack of the Dustmen on the bus on top of the hospital, it was when the child was conceived. She was only two weeks along and had every intention of telling Cole, but never got the chance.

Every Mother’s and Father’s Day, Trish would get up early in the morning and make either of them breakfast. When she was younger and couldn’t use the stove, she had their housekeeper, Chelsea, or Amy help. Every year, no matter what, with the tray in her tiny hands she would knock on the door to bring them their food. Her parents demanded her to leave it outside while they continued to sleep. As she got older, Amy found no use to doing it anymore. But Trish still did. Every year, up until she left for College, she left them a tray of breakfast despite their non-acknowledgment of her hard work or their appreciation of it.

The world will try to convince you that feelings make you weak, but fuck that. Never let this cruel world steal your spark. (insp)
