no worries, didn’t think you were being rude. i designed something that was aesthetically pleasing and calming to me personally, consistently posted because i enjoyed it, and it snowballed from there. specifically? i generally hashtag the photos and have gone searching for rainy content to post myself when it dries up on here.

i feel like a rainstorm gives me permission to engage in introspection and self care. it flips a mental switch: it’s ok to stay inside, i can do this face mask, i can take some time off, i can sit here and work on loving myself without the nagging feeling that i should be doing something else. maybe this is an odd answer. and thank you!!
