Just made a V-baller! Mix sugar, lemon, and lime juice until sugar completely dissolved. Add grand marnier and thoroughly blend. Add Verve, pour over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass and garnish with an orange twist. :)

We drove into Germany yesterday and stopped off in Berlin to visit this piece of history. The Berlin Wall is such a powerful symbol of mans fight for freedom and our capability to overcome anything we put our minds to. Any problem or criticism I may muster up in my own world is nothing in comparison. I stand taller today knowing how free I really am.

I've been away from home for nearly 4 months now. It was nice to find a little reminder of Canada today. I think this pretty leaf is from a Sycamore Tree... but it's close enough!

One more day in France and the band and I are off to Italy to meet up with our tour partners Dance! No Thanks. I'm really looking forward to making some new Italian friends.

Some days I feel like I'm still stuck in the 90's. Anyone else ever feel like this? Today, like many other days.. I'm taking time to appreciate some of my favorite things from then like Third Eye Blind, Matchbox 20, Everclear, Goo Goo Dolls, Goldfinger, Smashing Pumpkins, Counting Crows, Spin Doctors, Green Day, Offspring, Sugar Ray and Blink 182.... let's not forget our favorite shows/movies! Friends, Waynes World, Home Alone... too good.

Just started up this page today. I'm not too sure how this thing works yet or what I'm supposed to post about. So I guess I'll quickly introduce myself. Basically if you're following me on here, you'll come to realize that music is a huge part of my life. I play in a Canadian Pop Punk band called The Maddigans.
