A small smile settled in as she seemed to challenge that imagination he spoke up. “Hmm,” he pretended to look her over as needing to study her to conduct a conclusion. “Well, you have that kick ass aloof cool girl vibe that just clearly comes off everywhere you go. Can’t help but be noticed. And I’m gonna say some girl went Single White Female on you, and when you told her off she tried to stab you but only sliced you as she went charging at you and fell out the window,” he ended with a nod. “Totally what happened, right?”

“Tantric sex accident, you really don’t want to know the details. Messy, dirty, uncomfortable at times even, and in the end gory,” he shrugged, glancing down at the stitches going into his side.

“I’m sorry. Was that supposed to dissuade me?” Tripp asked with a raised brow, eyes going between the cut and catch the man’s eyes. “If anything I just want every single detail now.”

“So do you want to tell me how you did this or are you going to leave it up to my imagination?” Tripp asked with a smile teasing on his lips as he put in the last couple stitches. “And I should warn you I do have quite the imagination.”
