I've created this side-blog as a means to have a space where I can share my bookish adventures in a space that feels safe and also slightly unhinged, as I typically tend to be as such. Here exists a passion project. Nothing more, nothing less.

For a multitude a reasons, I will clarify that there are a select few authors you will not see me share in the reading of their novels, and I will not be taking inquiries on them, such as:

- JK Rowling/Robert Galbraith

- Cassandra Clare

- Sarah J. Maas

- Stephanie Meyer

- Stephen King

This list may expand, but it remains as such for the time being. I am not going to judge anyone who chooses to read novels from these authors, so please refrain from pressing for information on my choices as to why I won't. This is a space for me and my content; I will gladly share with those who enjoy what I also enjoy. I'm not here for views, popularity, or anything similar such things. I just want to share my love of books, bookbinding, and cute crochet projects I choose to endeavour on, and so I shall.

First real post of 2026.

I'm in hibernating mode, as I'm sure you can tell by the immaculate vibes of this photo lmao.

Just your soft and gentle reminder that it's okay to keep resting and hiding away in comfort, warmth, and calm during January. It's okay to not do resolutions. The human body is meant to cozy up in the cold months and come out of its shell in the spring.

You don't have to follow what everyone else is doing. All that matters is that you try to be loving, kind, and patient with yourself. Read a book (as you can see, that is exactly what I'm doing!), listen to whatever music lights your soul, fill your hearth with good food, memories, and tenderness.

Going through my second read through of the Six of Crows duology (because I decided I wanted to annotate it) and every single time I pick up Crooked Kingdom, I vibrate with excitement because we get Wylan chapters.
