Affirmators!!! MOUNT UP! It was a clear black night, a clear white moon...... (New fun deck, it's called affirmators. So I went there. Yes.)

The "yoga board" we made. 😂 I got lazy and told Mr don't even shape the sides, I'm not super worried about aesthetics as long as it's fun. Eventually maybe we will round out the corners and maybe even stain the wood. But probably not because who cares. Anyways, these things sell for over $200- $300. (go ahead, Google it) BUT basically it's a good piece of wood, on top of inflatable balance discs (found one at a thrift store, and ordered the others on amazon.) For a whopping total of $40. It's not as "pretty" but it gets the job done just the same. 🤘

I got this at 2am the other morning because I needed it... I mean, The Natives needed it. (Damn you insomnia, herbs and Amazon Prime with your ridiculousness for putting this under the category of things I may like. Of course I like it.) It arrived today. I'm having a hard time being patient waiting for them to get home to open it. I want to try it. To make sure it's safe, obviously. Nastalgia. I love old school toys. This probably isn't super safe, but yesterday we made our own balance board and everyone survived so it's fine.

I mean... mind blown.

We are making an "indo" balance board and also a yoga board, because have you seen the prices some companies out here are selling these things for?!?! Planks of wood for a couple hundred dollars. Nope. (oh, and by we I mean I had the idea, gathered the things, and he's making it. Team work.) I appreciate me some him.

Somedays I feel inspired to share deep thoughts, other days it's shit. Literally. Anyways, just a friendly reminder that everyone poops, and noone is holier than thou and this is just social media so let's not forget there's so much more to life. Love you, mean it.

Real life. I work most days out on an island near by. My commute out there is about an hour. It is my zen time. I listen to all sorts of speakers: Alan Watts, Jason Silva, Wayne Dyer, and more. The drive is phenomenal and beautiful. But, let's be even real'er a moment for this photo representation, this moon cycle is kicking my ass and today I had a busy morning, so: lavender oil diffusing, hot tea, water, and a heating pad. Because my uterus feels like it's slowly being twisted and yanked out of my vagina. But, despite all that, I refuse to continue to complain. I have a job, I have a uterus, I have a body, I have a heating pad, a car, clean water to drink at any moment I so desire, and alot of women around the world don't have this. Alot of women around the world don't even have pads, or tampons or menstrual cups. There is much we can complain and gripe about, but there is so much more to be grateful for. Gratitude always. There is always always something to be grateful for, somedays it may not feel so, but take a breath and be grateful for that breath. So, I'd like to offer this challenge, that everytime you complain about something in your life- you stop, and re-frame your thoughts, so you don't attract more of that, and offer an act of love... make it a compliment to someone you see next, or find an organization you could donate to- any form of energy be it your time or monetary donation. For me today it comes in the form of a buy one for you, she gets one too. A support for a sistar somewhere in need. I went to lunapads.com and placed an order and now she gets one too. What an amazing organization, please check them out. Can you begin to imagine the impact we could have on OUR world.

After everyone calmed the hell down, we cooled off with some ice cream. I am the biggest sucker. I said no, but then I caved. Mostly because I immediately think of how short life is, and how awesome ice cream is. We cheers'ed, ate our ice cream and life is good. ✌ Parenting can be hard Ya'll, but icecream helps soften the day.
