How cool are these threaded inserts, designed exclusively for us and being produced here in the UK for our projects in Qatar. All in 316 stainless steel, ‘blind’ self-tapping threaded inserts for our M8 threaded eye-bolts. The one on the right is what is normally available (probably/usually produced in China), the one that is part screwed onto the bolt is what our producer has exclusively designed for us here in the UK. The size and diameter is self evident, plus the length beyond the 15mm of the eye bolt, all for higher load and structural security into wood. You can also see unique grooves through the thread which serve to improve structure when installed also with epoxy (or similar).
