YES AND ITS A FANTASTIC SHOW

Okay but here’s MY question, why, THE FUCK, would they build up the Poussey/Soso relationship just to destroy it? Why would they have a moment where they plan out their future, Poussey even tried to secure a job for when she got out, and it was all looking so beautiful, it was a light at the end of the tunnel relationship. Poussey didn’t deserve this, she had a bright future. She had a bright future with someone she LOVED, and her death literally did NOTHING to the grand scheme of the plot. I didn’t expect OITNB to be the show to kill off a character with this type of storyline. And why the FUCK would they make the last episode all about her, AFTER she died, but then she barely got screen time the whole season? I’m so so angry. She was my favorite character, she deserved better.

I kinda think that's the point. The senselessness of it all. She's dead because of incompetence and brutality and when we let ourselves become like that, it's there innocent who suffer first.

Keep in mind, this was made WAY before the Orlando massacre took place
