So he had money to pay for the parts, SO WHAT? Rocket would still need to get the casing. And crystals? Yeah, good luck with that. He was hurt, more than anything. Rocket was known for being, not just honest, but BRUTALLY honest. So when he gave a compliment, it was genuine, mostly because he didn’t hand them out often.
