He listened to her as he got them some glasses and started pouring the lemonade. "Good. I'm glad you're taking a break." He said and passed her a glass. "I know getting done quicker is always appealing, but you need a break as well. Don't wanna overwork yourself." Travis smiled and took a sip. "You definitely deserve to have fun." He nodded before taking a deep breath in. "Me? I've just been taking it a day at a time. Doing some projects around the house and volunteering around town." Anything to keep his mind busy. @felicityxcowan

Looking around at the scene before them, there was only confusion etched across Zeynep's face. She could probably stand there and watch all day and still not quite understand what was going on. "What exactly...are they doing?" she asked, head cocked to the side as she scanned the crowd of people running about with their LARPing costumes and accessories. "Spirit is certainly one way to put it. They are taking it all...quite seriously."

"I think they're in battle." Travis said before looking at her. "It's a live action roleplay. It's like acting out Dungeons and Dragons." He explained a bit better. "So they have all the costumes and stuff and are acting out a whole campaign." He had never done it, but he knew about it and could give a good explanation. Or, he hoped he could at least. "They definitely do. It's kinda nice to see." @zeynepaslan

He nodded. He knew how busy things had been with Wyatt and once upon a time, he was like that as well. He was trying to get back into the swing of things. Some days were harder than others, but he tried his best. That's all he could do. "It was. One of the better I've read in a while." He said as he mad his way to the kitchen. "Thanks for helping. Travis was one to always help out around town. He was like this as a teenager and now after the loss of his wife and son, he had thrown himself into it even more. He never liked being alone with is thoughts. So, he made sure there was always something he could do. Helping pick up trash was definitely not out of the ordinary for him and he had filled up a bag quick, knowing where people usually liked to toss them, and looked up as a woman smiled at him and commented on that fact. "I may know some places people like to toss things." He said, smiling back at her. "Looks like it. The traffic definitely seems to like this way." He gestured to where he had been working. "There's still some more if you wanna come help. I was just gonna grab another bag." @jamesxadams

Tradition. Something that Drew thrived upon. And every year, the twins would come to one another, bearing gifts and cheesy cards and this year was no different. "Yep!" He had called out from the living room, getting up quickly to make his way to the small hallway. His house was humble, cluttered from having to live there with three young adults and still reminders from his wife decorating the place, but he wouldn't have it any other way. He met his brother just at the entrance, a smile growing on his lips at the sight of the other. "Happy birthday to yourself, slightly less old man." He joked, pulling his brother in for a hug. "I'll go and get your things, there's some iced tea in the kitchen." @traviscowan

Laughing a little, he hugged his brother. "I'll forever be younger, thank you very much." He teased as they moved back from each other and nodded. "Perfect. I'll help myself." He moved his way through the familiar house and into the kitchen, getting a glass and pouring himself some tea before Andrew came in. "Where the kids?" He asked curiously before taking a sip of his drink. @drewxcowan

To say that Zeynep was confused would be an extreme understatement. Darian was at a summer camp and she was out on a run that had been unceremoniously cut short when she came upon the LARP group. She was standing off to the side with a look of utter confusion, doing her best to avoid whatever fake battle was taking place. "Travis, hello," she greeted back, her eyes still gripped by the scene ahead of her. "I don't suppose you're here to join...whatever this is?"

He chuckled and shook his head. "No. Definitely not for me." He didn't mind LARP, but he never thought about joining it. Maybe once upon he would've, but not now. "I'm just taking it in, I guess. And may have accidentally walking through it. I think we were almost part of it." Travis looked down at his dog and then back at Zeynep. "They definitely got spirit, don't they?" @zeynepaslan

He smiled at her. "You can always come say hi." He told his niece. He always loved seeing both her and his nephew. The two of them helped him more than he could ever say after the loss of his son. "Great. Come on in." Travis said and led the way into the house and towards the kitchen. "How have you been? I feel like it's been a while since we've seen each other." @felicityxcowan
