🌸🔥❄️TRAP YOGA DENVER❄️🔥🌸..... was such a new experience for me. Not only did I experience falling snow 🙅🏾for the first time, I also taught a class comprised of people whom I have notable cultural differences with. In the first few moments I had to think of the way I presented myself. Not being concerned with my appropriateness but more so how much of my culture and safe space I wanted to give away. I proceeded with no caution⚠️ sharing myself in the ways I have in all other Trap spaces. What an interesting challenge to my humanity. But the truth is, if all aren't welcome, if the space I create isn't safe & inclusive, I have done a good deed to none. Let's challenge ourselves to check our biases at the door and be of service to human kind.
