i dont think you necessarily have to boycott every evil company/product in the world but i think itâs good nay healthy to pick out a handful of things that are antithetical to your beliefs and practice abstaining from them. itâs ridiculous to frame consumerism, especially of frivolities, as something that is natural and inherent to modern life. even if there is no ethical consumption under capitalism, you donât have to consume everything

This might sound out-of-character in some sense but:
i really dont think the post that was saying its ok to dislike f1sh but dont suicide bait was a good post considering everything.
Those kinds of moral nitpickings donât matter when it involves a p-do thatâs popular with children and young teens. It should not be a priority nor should there be sympathy with such people.
It puts more importance on what random anon hate does and the hypothetical welfare of f1sh than to actually shutting down sympathy for someone thatâs a manipulative p-do racist lesbophobe thatâs currently able to convince many people that they âaccidentallyâ followed 1 (actually 20+) twitter(s) dedicated to cp and child sexualization.
Back when the post was made, there was already multiple callouts, of which it even references, on how f1sh was basically a p-do, so i donât think that stance was appropriate by then either. Itâs not a few mistakes that can be redeemed.
I donât send people anon hate, but Iâm not going to tell people âdonât send anon hate or suicide bait vile people that should be de-platformed because that doesnât align with my personal morals on what Iâd allow myself to do and i think thatâs very bad for anyone to do even though {insert reasons why the person is horrible} but donâtâ. Itâs not... apt for the situation regardless of oneâs stance, and gives more sympathy to a white adult p-do that would not be given by most towards poc that arenât p-dos for *actual* mistakes.

to be clear, im definitely not joking. itâs rarely as blatant as i phrased it (at least in my experience, these kinds of freaks tend to dress their statements up a little more) but certainly everyone iâve encountered who complains about âpurity cultureâ, âcancel cultureâ, âcallout cultureâ, etc, when asked to elaborate, their response boils down to âIâm mad because actions have consequences.â

this may be a hard pill to swallow for some people but like. 90% of the fires in australia wouldnât be happening right now if people had just fucking listened to indigenous peoples
literally just. give us our FULL sovereignty back over these areas half of them arenât even inhabited and almost none of them have ANY cultural significance to white australia (not that that should even matter cause itâs. aboriginal land and it always will be but whatever). give us control over them and shit like this wonât happen and our communities will heal.
