Okay, I vaguely understand what the phrases mean, but not how they relate to the images.

the tamarians use cultural references to legends and stories to relate information about the present, often in a metaphorical way. on tattooine, obi-wan gave luke his father's lightsaber, as rey now gives it to luke again. the shields falling, is more metaphorical i think, maybe referring to luke's reaction to the situation? i don't know.

that is so unnecessary and violent and rude he did nothing wrong he is standing there smiling and you punch him in his face/stomach he doesn’t even have arms to defend himself this is just cruel and sadistic
