btw it's so fucking stupid you can be anxious physically in your body even after you've decided mentally you don't care. I'm supposed to be in charge here
#This is the hardest part about explaining my anxiety to others#And dealing with it myself#My brain very logically knows what is true#I have mentally decided to move on#But the feeling has manifested itself so physically it hurts#Mentally I don’t care#Physically I’m having a heart attack#So much of what I do to cope is really just trying to sooth my body#It’s incredibly frustrating#And so hard to get others to understand
