what do you mean, an entirely new system for rounding? they're rounding to the nickel, which means they're going to the nearest multiple of 5, not the nearest multiple of 10. correct me if I'm wrong (which is very possible, because my head hurts and I did not get enough sleep last night), but isn't their list the standard way you would round like that?

It's only by the coordination of multiple countries that Iran has been stopped from actually developing one. And that would be bad given the extremism of their mullahs. You don't want to see what would happen if they actually did get nukes. Attacking them would not be an option at that point.
