I’ve been asked quite a few times this week, BRUH, how’d you know I was tired, or how did you know I stopped trying lol.

I along with most other coaches can HEAR 👂🏿 you lol.

When you start to get tired or your mind starts to wander you stop driving your arms, driving your knees, your feet start to drag a lil, you begin to SHUFFLE and finally your core says, FAM I CAN’T HOLD ALL THIS TOGETHER lol.

What do you do when this happens?

I personally try and refind my composure as my body looks for an excuse to stop… I BREATHE and FIND MY RHYTHM, go back to a state of FLUSH.

What’s Flush?

FLUSH = TO Float and Push. FLUSHING = Floating whilst Pushing. FLUSHED = TO Pass or BE Passed EFFORTLESSLY.

Say it over and over again when your body starts to tingle, I promise it’ll help.
