Being loyal doesn't mean being a follower. If I can't keep it 💯 with you as a friend and I'm allowing you to be foul then loyalty dont exist. Yesterday we worked on take offs, form and relaxation. I explained when you fight your body tenses up, if you relax you give your body a chance to flow naturally. Thats why you see most kids who runs relaxed at the end always tends to get closer or catch the person in front. One thing about me, I'm never a coach who thinks they know it all, I literally had a great coach sit me down and schooled me, thought me alot. I didnt take offense to it, I learned, took it in and fixed the problem. That change made my son a better hurdler, not only that it upgraded me to be a better hurdler coach. I learn alot from different people. I'm not here to hinder anyone, I'm here to help. Once my help is no longer needed, I step aside and go where I am needed.
