we're wrapping up our music month with the top 20 artists tumblr users are most engaging with based on user data; the musicians that spark a creative flame within us all. the music of tumblr wouldn’t be what it is without these creative masters of sound.

without further ado, the top artist of 2025-2026 was… Lana Del Rey! ever since "Video Games" dropped in 2011, Lana has been a tumblr mainstay. so ingrained with the girlblogging aesthetic, and with our platform, the lana stove is burning hotter than ever and we love to see it.

turns out tumblr truly transcends genres and labels as much as ever. must be a sign of the times...

Weekly one chunk biome 27/52

For this one I actually had quite a vision before I started building it

I really wanted to use dark oak wood cause it's one of the only woods I haven't used yet, and I only ended up using stripped dark oak wood, but I still really like it.

I also had the idea of kind of making it some sort of "rotten forest", and I didn't really end up doing the forest part because of the small space, but I think it ended up pretty well.

The trees are wasily my favorite part of this, I'm really happy with those. I also wanted to add a little fallen tree as an experiment, but it was quite a struggle to make it look right , and I still don't really like it, but it's probably fine :)

We may have found Tumblr's number 1, but we aren't done yet! We're gonna keep going until we've found tumblr's pokemon team! Dragonfly cave lets you keep going until you've ranked literally every pokemon, so we're going to take advantage of that feature. There are 2 more eliminations we need to make until we have our final team member! So, now that we've established what we're here to do, I must ask:
