"So, here we are at the abandoned mine! Today, us Crazy:B are off in search of the legendary creature, Nagigon!"
Kohaku: Well now, that's an awfully familiar intro...
HiMERU: —It was so perfectly identical that HiMERU wondered if it was a rebroadcast. Every word was exactly the same.
Niki: Nahaha! Who'd have thought we'd be heading back up this mountain again~
If it's the same as last time, does that mean Ran-kun's already here, playing Nagigon?
HiMERU: Surely, the casting has changed from Ran-san. Last time, the reason was some half-hearted thing like the deputy director venting his frustrations...
Eden is hardly a unit meant for these kinds of low-quality productions.
Rinne: Well, surprise, surprise, Nagi's continuing in the role of Nagigon this time too.
Just like Merumeru said, it seems the deputy director was planning to switch actors, but Nagi refused to step down, insisting on doing it.

At the very least, one might say that the unusual fervor which was limiting Crazy:B's activities has now subsided.
Although, there are still some who refuse to accept the announcement as it is...

People are selfish creatures who only believe what suits 'em, anyway.
It's normal for trash rumors to fly around, like that the agency forced you two to stop, or that I threatened Merumeru and Kohaku-chan into saying what they did.
Niki: Saying you threatened them isn't exactly off the mark, though, is it? You kept messing with HiMERU-kun and Kohaku-chan to sabotage them.

Rinne: Maybe you're running your mouth 'cause it's been a while since you've had anything to eat, Niki? You sure you're not hungry?

Here, HiMERU is explaining the festival (and story) name. In Japanese, the story is titled 瞬祭礼, with 瞬 being "ephemeral/momentary," 祭 being "festival" and 礼 being "gratitude." It'd be pronounced 'shunsairei.'
On a slightly related note, these chapter titles are 泡沫 (utakata, like the song title) which also means ephemeral/transient, though since they use different kanji and Rinne says it later, I went with "evanescent."
To explain the nuance between the two words, 瞬 is ephemeral as in "in the blink of an eye," while 泡沫 is ephemeral as in "bubbles/foam on the surface of water."

Well, I mean, I always think it's delicious no matter when I eat it, but if I could crack the secret, my cooking would go up a notch for sure!
