The Super Mario Bros MOVIE
It's official - Super Mario is coming to the big screen! The iconic video game character will be starring in a new animated movie, set to be released in theaters in 2022.
The movie is being developed by Illumination, the studio behind hit films like Despicable Me, Minions, and The Secret Life of Pets. Fans of the Mario franchise can expect to see some of their favorite elements from the games brought to life on the big screen, including the Mushroom Kingdom, Bowser, Princess Peach, and of course, Mario himself.

The voice cast for the movie is star-studded, featuring a number of A-list actors. Mario will be voiced by Chris Pratt, perhaps best known for his role as Andy Dwyer on Parks and Recreation. Other big names include Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, and Jack Black as Bowser. The rest of the cast includes Keegan-Michael Key, Seth Rogen, and Fred Armisen.
