“Hai dormito bene?”, “Com'è andata la tua giornata?”, “Fai attenzione”, “Mandami un messaggio quando arrivi a casa”, “Fai bei sogni”, “Ti ho pensato molto oggi”, “Spero che ti sentirai meglio”, “Mi manchi”, “Ti va di vederci?”, “Mi fa pensare a te”, “Ti posso chiamare?”, “Fai attenzione al gradino”, “Andrà tutto bene”, “Sei sempre nei miei pensieri”, “Se ti serve ci sono”, “Volevo solo sentire la tua voce”, “Grazie per oggi”. Non deve necessariamente essere “Ti amo” per significarlo. Ascolta attentamente. Le persone parlano con il cuore più spesso di quanto pensi.

To anyone that hasn’t had their first kiss yet, or has never been asked out on a date, or asked anyone on a date, or hasn’t had a significant other yet: please don’t worry about reaching an age and not checking these things off. There’s nothing wrong with being 20 and not having been kissed. There’s nothing wrong with starting college never having had a boyfriend/girlfriend/romantic partner. You aren’t weird or an outcast because you haven’t been on a date by a socially constructed time frame.

Perchè ogni volta che leggo di un disordine alimentare si fa sempre riferimento al dimagrire? Al fatto di non mangiare niente? Veramente l'unico disordine alimentare che viene considerato da tutti è l'anoressia? Si ok quello ti porta a non mangiare niente,ma il digiuno,cari miei,non è l'unico problema che si puó avere con il cibo….si puó mangiare una tonnellata e poi passare una giornata in palestra,si puó mangiare tanto per strafogarsi e basta,mangiare e vomitare per paura di ingrassare,pesarsi 10 volte al giorno e così via.. E perché allora tutti si concentrano su quelle a cui si vedono le ossa? Una persona robusta secondo voi non può essere ossessionata dal cibo? Davvero,capitelo che il digiuno non è l'unico disordine alimentare
