Ok, ok, so y'know how people draw simpbur/incelbur fanart and lil bur boy is commonly in the popped out tabs on computers?(IDK WHAT THEY'RE CALLED-) Sooo what if there is this AU where he was a program like shimeji in the computer BUT he could talk/interact with humans/had a mind of his own/could fall in love had human emotions/etc. Reader hears about this program and decides to try it out for themselves.

Wilby on the other hand is bored with all these humans, being uninteresting and boring. Until he finds you. Perfect, perfect, you. He quickly finds himself in love with you, always wanting your attention; always wanting you looking at him; always wanting you talking to him.

-When reader goes offline and he gets bored and he misses you he'll make the notification sound replay over and over until you open your laptop.

-He'll hear you talk about your friends his rivals and he'll hack their laptops.

-He'll act as malware protection, keeping his human safe by protecting their info on every website they visit.
