A lot of this blog is for memories or things that remind me of home. If I ever add tags to a post I’ve reblogged that you’re uncomfortable with, please let me know and I will delete it. I talk about Clancy/Nova a lot. I often use she/her pronouns for her because she was a trans woman in my memories. I’m open to talking to anyone from Trench; Clancy, the Banditos, citizens of Dema, even the Bishops or other Torchbearers. My askbox and messages should both be open. Most posts or asks will be written or answered in letter format since this is what’s comfortable for me.

I hope vulnerability comes kinder to you as time goes on. Attachments are a reminder of our humanity, in some strange and painful way. At least, I’ve seen them as such. I try my best to remember faces and names.

I care about you, too. I truly mean this. I hope that is something you can hold in your heart. I care about you, wholeheartedly. I would always be truly and genuinely happy to talk to you, even if it’s about nothing. I hope things are kind for you.

Thank you for this. I’ve always enjoyed watching the way sunlight dapples the forest floor through the leaves. I’ve been so lucky as to be able to go foraging recently (last year), I’ve found some morels. How lucky we are that the world we love provides for us in turn.

FOLINA! Warm summers, Ephemera. This is Torchbearer at Heart camp. It’s good to hear from Eidet! I’ve wondered about your lambs, I’m glad to hear they’re sturdy. I hope Mama’s heat hasn’t been overwhelming them, or you.

Give the Ridge my love. Have they fixed their storm shelter? I know hurricane season has left them needing before. Thank you for the algae, med tent says to keep an eye out for blackberry leaves. We’ve had plenty of bees this season, and the new escapees are still learning how to work around them. Speaking of, we have the honey you asked for. Travel safely as you leave Aster, the vultures have been flying low lately.
