Tired Old Queen at the Movies' Office

The “Tired Old Queen at the Movies” is starring in “La Cage Aux Folles” at The Redhouse Arts Center in Syracuse now until June 10th and having the time of my life! “The Best Of Times Is Now”!

I waited over twenty years and finally saw my favorite actress GLENDA JACKSON on stage and knocking the socks off Broadway in Edward Albee’s “Three Tall Women”. With superb support from the brilliant Laurie Metcalf and Alison Pill, deft direction by Joe Mantello and a gorgeous production, it is the theatrical event of the season and not to be missed! GLENDA is still and always will be a force of nature!

Happy Birthday GLORIA GRHAME. To celebrate the opening of the new biographical film of the last year of her life; “Film Stars Don’t Die In Liverpool”, here she is in my personal favorite of all her roles, as “Angel the Elephant Girl” with co-stars Charleton Heston, Betty Hutton, Cornel Wilde, James Stewart and Lyle Bettger  in Cecil B.
