Let me put in some notes and close ups of the piece below!!! Hope you guys like it as much as I, i out so much love into this

: color palette reflects the depths

: braid is tied together into one into a curve, instead of letting both free like she has in original design to symbolize her being more closed off and keep things to herself.

: eyes covered cuz she can't see in the dark anyways and uses her third eye instead : Fun fact, the fabric over the eyes symbolize her phobia of the dark ANSKFDSKHS

: talisman placement inspired by Jianshi

: Kept many designs from the original such as the sash etc.

: On black fabric there are faint yellow patterns like the mandages in original depths set! Also present in other parts like the sleeves.

Now, let's see the comparison!!!

: comparison between original verse Bussaba and Pruksa (depths numen). Numen shapes are more spikier and angular than the softer rounded edges of the left. The color palette reflects lack of sunlight (and her name means Flower too, so she can't bloom basically haha, almost Withered like?), the depths, and well, the depths set itself. Hair/horns visibly spikier, tail thinner and longer, spikier to protect herself from the world.

:: sorry for another OOC post! But it's just me writing and sharing things about Busbus .

— I decided to work more of my culture (Thai) into Bussaba and her kingdom writing as a whole! I've never got to learn about my own culture ever since I was young, so this will be a fun thing to do and research.

I'm implementing Khon (โขน) into Pruksakorn culture! From Wikipedia definition, Khon is a “dance drama genre” performed since Ayutthaya Kingdom. They have great, detailed costumes along with feat masks/helmets and jewelry!

It is traditionally performed solely in the royal court by men in masks accompanied by narrators and a traditional piphat ensemble. A variation of this genre with female performers is called khon phu ying (โขนผู้หญิง).

Usually they perform the tale of Ramakien, a Thai traditional Epics derived from Hindu's called Ramayana. So I thought — "what if in Pruksakorn they tell stories of the Triforce, the Golden Goddesses— Hylia and Demise in this dance??"

:: was drawing some Bussaba's back muscles and decided to add more detail! After the Trial (or right before it) she's got her back tattoo'd (reference to some Thai back tattoos called Sak Yahn, use to ward off evil and bring luck)! I've got reference for Bussaba's from the Zonai dragon symbol c:

I wanted the writing to mean something along like, the trials- overcoming one mortality etc. Not sure yet! But I really like the idea so far! c:

Eclipsed

Chabah nuzzles her nose against his right back, showing as much affection as she could. Before she could return the kisses all over his face, their lips met and she simply melted.

“oh— Hello, my love” said oh so softly the wyrm; she was delighted that Majora finally sank back to a size she was more familiar with, continuing their dance without a care in the world. A smile far too fond for any mortal to really give to the despair given form, but as always — there was no deceit anywhere to be found, even if Majora were to try and pick apart her soul. Once the dance comes to an end, she gently pulled it close, curling her tail around it's legs. A grounding touch for herself, really - making sure that it wouldn't stray away far.

Even further still, in this moment, it could only look at her with such a loving gaze. Though to her it surely didn't look any different than before, the fact that the shape broke from the black monstrous one slowly into that of Am, with a foggy outline still separating it from being quite so distinctly mortal.

Oh, how nostalgic it was- that shape and form... It felt like it's been forever too long, agonizing years (were they?) that the wyrm has last seen the body of 'beloved'. A mere puppet that was simply made to toy with her, something that wasn't real — something fake that laughed at her naivety. But she could feel genuine love coming through the cracks of those masked actions, the melancholy and loneliness so intense she couldn't help but reach over to bring it close and hold it tight within her loving arms.

What had it gone through? She wondered — for it to be so on edge and simply believed itself to be above attachments; whatever kind it may have with her. Curiosity killed the cat, but she hasn't found herself running out of her nine lives just yet - so she proceeded. Continued reaching out, in hopes that Majora would return to her. Alas, here they are: face to face, heart to heart.
