About the Muse:
Ganon is young - 21 years old and the youngest incarnation. Raised away from the other Gerudo, he has lived, grown, trained within the walls of the south Lomei Labyrinth since he could walk. His mothers taught him old history, of the oppression and persecution of their race by the hands of the Royal family of Hyrule.
Likewise, his mothers told him all about the Calamity that he has the power to unleash when the time is right - he is not only the incarnation of Ganondorf, but the living vessel of the Calamity. Carrying both the Triforce of Power and the Calamity makes him a great threat to Hyrule and his mothers have trained, taught, and prepared him to take action against Hyrule.
Ganon has the potential to fall to the curse of Demise within him or forsake his fate - this comes from the fact that he is one of many attempts to resurrect Ganondorf, the Demon King, and is not a full reincarnation; he carries half of Ganondorf's soul, where the other half is uniquely him - Ta'ariq.
Because of his rather unique state as being half of Ganondorf's soul, there's always the chance he can fight back against fate and make his own. It is not an easy path to carve after millennia of hatred has left the clear path to evil.
He's also not sold on becoming the King of the Gerudo. Yes, he knows and understands the long history of oppression his people have suffered by Hylian hands, but he has his own plans. He doesn't want to a figurehead for his mothers - if he's going to be King, it will be on his terms.
