When Catoon first moved to the apartment building Eliza did heard from Paul he's allowing a former mafia member to stay there to keep Rolf and Olaf away from causing trouble around their area. Everyone there knew Catoon was a mafia member and kept their distance from him besides Eliza since she a new to the city. Eliza was first scared of Catoon from the rumors but over time she warm up to him. Catoon does try his best to not bring trouble around but his representation as a mafia member makes it hard for others to trust him and isn't allowed to go into places like Eliza's workplace. Random fact, Olaf's troupe would sometimes hang out behind the restaurant where Eliza works at and would wait for her to secretly give them leftover food since she doesn't like it to go to waste.😅
