An idea I’ve had since the contest was announced, but hadn’t had time to draw up! So a very last minute entry! (Sorry!)

Meet Enid! A “Trickster Ghost”

Enid just LOVES being a ghost! But they think they aren’t the scariest, so they wear a sheet to try to be spookier!

She’s actually pretty nice, she just loves to spook ya!

“Move on?! Why would I want to do that?! Being a ghost is AWESOME!! Plus I can do this-” Enid phases back and forth through a wall a few times. “Neat huh?”

I don’t have much of a backstory to be honest, She’d be between 10 and Susies’ age when she became a ghost. But isn’t traumatized by the experience.

Maybe she had cancer or leukemia, but spent her time getting really into ghost stories and such. Then when she passed on, perhaps a few years ago, she got her wish to be a ghost.

I think it’s likely enough that she actually keeps in touch with her living family, even though that’s probably unusual for ghosts. Sometimes she plays with her “little” brother, who’s about the same age as her now. 

Once in a while she has to go home, and while usually she’s free to ghost around wherever she wants, her living mom and dad still expect her to listen to them these days.

She gets a lot of freedom because it took some adjusting on their end, but they’ve adjusted by now.

“Ughhhh. I’ve gotta go home now. Which is lame. I can’t even properly eat. But mom says being at the dinner table is important. Blah. See you tomorrow!”

Hello there, I’m Mabu, or Sam, the mod, writer and artist of this blog, and I want to thank each of you for reading, and being so awesome.

As I’ve mentioned before, I hadn’t been able to update each week as I had wanted to since rebooting the blog, due to a series of life events. And while they are getting much, much, better, and I am now back home and my medical needs are being cared for by doctors and will be more looked into, not everything is as perfect. Which is why I’m turning to you guys and asking for your help, or even a reblog if you would.

You see, my partner, RPB3000, was found to have brain cancer while I was finishing a year away at school, just this spring. And he has already had one surgery, and there is another on the 11th of this month. And while  I’ve been doing so much, from school to moving to helping staff a convention, I tend to be rather shy, and not bring much up. But due to all of this, and the fact that we’re trying to move to a rental house with better conditions, our funds are … tight, to say the least. I’ll be attempting to return to work sometime after RPB’s surgery- I’ll be caring for him and I’ve been too ill to return up to this point.

So, we are reopening the go fund me for him, headed by a friend. And I would be supremely thankful if you could go give it a look. As an incentive to donations, I am more than willing to do digital name your price commissions- That, for what you donate, I will match the value of in a drawing. For instance a small donation could net a sketch, but a large one could net a comic, it would just be discussed.
