So, today I've learned that if you mix tween-20 and perfume concentrate 1:1 (up to 3:1 in proportions, depending on the intended application), then add some water - you'll get a mist with whatever perfume you want.

Guessing I could use that concoction as a conditioner for my washing machine, just gotta play with those proportions a bit more.
