It starts with anxiety, a bathroom stall, and a skater named Tom DeLonge who won't stop talking to her.

Then it becomes broken rules, late nights, and a group of boys trying to turn noise into something that actually means something.

As the years go on, everything changes, friendships, love, music, and the people they thought they'd always be.
