See; I actually believe wholeheartedly that Zoro is the Sun, and Sanji is the Moon.

Zoro is the Sun in the same way it is hot in an abrasive way, his presence loud and known in every room he enters, you can’t look at him too long without getting hurt in the process, not subtle, but helpful in the harm that he can do.

Sanji is the Moon, elegant, stealthy, secretive, romantic in a sad and lonely way, poetic, you can look at him for hours and get only gentleness in return, tragic despite the love it has received, his helpfulness much more obvious to the naked eye.

Not everyone can appreciate the Sun, not immediately; you have to look into it more, pay more attention to it, pass its blinding and scorching heat to look at it with the love it deserves, to learn about the amount of love it gives despite what everyone thinks of it.

And everyone can appreciate the Moon at first glance, love it for what it shows you on the surface; its not after you get to know it more that you understand the sadness and pain it holds within it, that it stays loving despite it, happy to hold your sadness, mixing it with its own suffering just to strip you of your sorrows.

One moment he's making heart eyes to Nami and the next he's checking out Zoro.

The true reason why Sanji fell in love with that dumb mossball... (This is all based on that one panel where Zoro eats bread crusts x,D It lives in my head rent-free xD)
