Steve Aoki & Louis Tomlinson’s “Just Hold On” earns a silver single award in the UK.

Louis Tomlinson earned plenty of UK certifications as part of One Direction.

Friday, he earned his first outside the group.

The BPI confirms that “Just Hold On,” the collaboration between Tomlinson and Steve Aoki, has earned a silver award in the UK.

Louis Tomlinson was pictured taking a break from a studio session in Beverly Hills on Thursday as it’s reported he has split from his girlfriend Danielle Campbell.

The Just Hold On singer, 25, and the 21-year-old actress have reportedly gone their separate ways after just over a year of dating but insiders insist there is ‘no bad feeling’ between them and the pair will stay friends.

A source told The Sun: ‘Louis and Danielle have made the decision to split up but they are still going to be mates. They’re still talking to each other and there is no bad feeling whatsoever.’

The split comes shortly after the former One Direction hunk’s beloved mother Johannah Deakin died of cancer in December, with Louis leaning heavily on Danielle for support at the time.

The source continued: ‘It’s really sad because Danielle has been there for Louis through this horrible time.’ During Louis’ outing on Thursday, the singer managed to raise a smile while out with his pals after a really tough time. 

Sad: The split comes shortly after the former One Direction hunk’s beloved mother Johannah Deakin died of cancer in December, with Louis leaning heavily on Danielle for support. A spokesperson for Louis Tomlinson declined to comment to MailOnline.

Louis - who has 11-month-old son Freddie with former lover Briana Jungwirth - hasn’t been seen with Danielle since he performed on ‘The X Factor’ in tribute to his mum last month, while their last social media interaction came on 24 December.

Christmas Eve was also Louis’ 25th birthday and his then-girlfriend shared an old photo of her kissing him along with the caption: ‘Happy birthday my love <3.(sic)’

'Happy birthday to my love’: Their last social media interaction was on Christmas Eve, when Danielle wished him a happy birthday with a sweet Instagram snap  Louis recently admitted his career and son are currently his main focus. Just two days ago, fans were speculating that things could be over between Louis and Danielle.   

Adding further fuel to the rumours, images have recently surfaced that seem to show Danielle holding hands with a man reported to be British actor Greg Sulkin in the street. 

While the images don’t suggest that the actress and her male companion are anything other than friends, fans were quick to assume the worst.  

One wrote on Twitter: 'What’s this I head Danielle moved out of her shared house with best boyfriend of all time Louis Tomlinson?’

Another penned: 'Dear Louis idk what went down between the two of you but you need to fix it. Fight for Danielle please’.

As rumours swirled, others asked: 'Is it true Louis Tomlinson and Danielle Campbell broke up?’ while another added: 'I loved these two together #LounielleIsOver’.

One fan wrote: 'you can hold hands with a person who has the same sex as you and it doesn’t have to mean anything’.
