He smiled brightly at her and followed close behind, only a bit surprised as she ran off a bit ahead of him, jumping for one of the tree branches in an attempt to climb it. He walked, taking a few longer strides to catch up with her, watching in amusement as she continued to grab the branch.  “Need a hand?” He smirked a bit, showing off his own height as he pushed the branch down some, getting it within her reach.

He nodded, a small smile on his face, amused at her excitement. “Of course- it’s been awhile since we last did something like that together.” Probably because at least once it ended in a unicorn attack, and Darren was very against putting Emet in such danger, whether she could handle herself or not she was still a young lady.  “I think it’ll be fun to see what we can find.” He doubted it’d be much more than maybe some interesting sights, but nonetheless the possibility of real adventure was tempting and strong, even to him. Training so strictly the last few months had left him a bit bored of routine, and itching to do something different for at least a while, especially if he got to spend time with Emet again.
