This was my very first original toku character, though he didnt start off too original. Back then I had just gotten into Build and wanted to make my one Build character so i created Biohazard. From there I slowly tweaked him into a more unique character.
He started off blue and was based on imagination using a modified version of the transsteam gun that could hold two bottles

With that came doing major changes to the design as I felt Patranger was the weaker of season and ended up taking half of the design from his actual suit and from his uniform then based his vest off the swat gear
