Don’t get me wrong, Jamil deserves to be the way he is. He has his reasons and all that. He’s justified in his bitterness to a degree.

But as someone who “kins” Kalim, GOOD! GOOD FOR HIM!!

Let out your frustrations! TELL HIM WHAT YOU FEEL.

GIVE HIM SOME GOOD PUNCHES.

TELL HIM YOUR FEELINGS. Call him two faced as he deserves.

As much as Kalim used jamil, you can’t deny that Jamil also takes advantage of Kalim repeatedly.

And Kalim knows it too!! He should be allowed to vent his frustrations as well!!

Guys have you seen the new book 7 chapter because I’m going wild I am being FED! (Spoilers ahead)

I still need some time to process all of it honestly, but I hope to maybe soon make an animatic about the new content we got, because its so good! I was vibrating when I saw Kalim’s dream! So much new stuff to dissect, so many amazing things I have to obsess over!

Jamil is so cringe, he’s such a loser /affectionately because I can’t keep defending him… “erm actually im the Sultan’s son and I’m rich now and you’re poor and nobody loves you and I’m super strong and I am the student council president and the whole school is colored in my colors and I want to get to school on an elephant and-“

And then Kalim just up and decks him, (Ace is that you) and they let out their emotions and I want to explode. I NEED this chapter to release in. ENG pronto because help me so I loved this chapter. I love just how EXTRA Jamil is because wdym this is what you want if you had free reign? And also the character development for both Scarabia boys??? Stunning, delicious, cheff’s kiss!

Anyways, about this animatic: I imagine that coming to terms with the fact that the only person you could ever trust is evil is a pretty difficult thing to deal with. Jamil is selfish, and he’s not a good person, just like many of the NRC students, but for Kalim to finally realize that… it must’ve hurt a lot. He still wants Jamil’s love. He still wants to be friends with him. He still wants him to hug him softly.
