Forever a Dreamer

the future depends on what we do in present.

If you have been brutally broken, but still have the courage to be gentle to others then you deserve a love deeper than the ocean itself.

If you see beauty in something, don’t wait for others to agree.

Take all of those discouraging, belittling, and oppressive words, and turn them into fuel to push you even farther forwards. Just because they are spoken, does not make them true. You have way bigger and better places to go than to be held back by words of the untruth.

Get out there and accomplish what it is that you wish to achieve, for the biggest thing that stands in your way is your own mind. Tell yourself that you can do this. Tell yourself, at each and every moment, that you can and you will fight passed every other obstacle that may present itself.

There are a few things in life so beautiful they hurt: swimming in the ocean while it rains, reading alone in empty libraries, the sea of stars that appear when you’re miles away from the neon lights of the city, bars after 2am, walking in the wilderness, all the phases of the moon, the things we do not know about the universe, and you.

I am so afraid of disappointing the people I love, I often forget that I am someone I love too. And I need kindness just as much as I believe the people I love do.

Give people time. Give people space. Don’t beg anyone to stay. Let them roam. What’s meant for you will always be yours.

Stop explaining yourself and telling people everything. You owe no one any explanation of what you do. Your life is yours, not theirs.
