“I am not going anywhere,” he said. His eyes darker than the sight of a moonless night, it almost felt like I cannot see anything from where I am standing.

“Please,” my voice sounded less strong and a lot weaker than what I am supposed to show him.

I cried, “Go,” how can a word with only two letters hurt this much?

He held my hand tighter but in the gentlest way possible as he always does, showing me how much he mean his words.

Right in that moment, I almost decide to be selfish and agree with him.

I really don’t want him to go. Never.

He stared right through me and with that, I knew he has already read my mind. It is one of the many amazing things about us. We know exactly how our minds work even without trying so hard. It was like our soulmate thing, yet, our painful bliss.

When our eyes met, I was a goner.

Imagine if the cliché expression “i don’t know” does not exist.

It would be just all honesty and unfiltered truths.

All the reasons served right in front of us.

Good or bad, we do not have any other choice but to accept them.
