hi! thank you sososososo much, my friend!!!! <3 ❤️ i'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply to this, my daily routine's been so chaotically busy between working hard taking up most hours of my day + trying to keep myself physically (and emotionally 😭) alive the rest of the time ashfbs, so i couldn't manage to reply when i saw this but it made my day so much! 😭❤️

i've been having a really good day today!! so good i've ended up overstimulated i think, which i think is related to c-ptsd as i've read c-ptsd/trauma can make lots of pleasure feel uncomfortable until you get used to it again, but i'm going to try to get used to this feeling whenever i recognise it, as it *is* just uncomfortable (sort of like queasiness) and not agonising at all right now, so i'm listening to birdsong on youtube (still makes me happy) and i've the goth rave theme turned on here (nice and mellow) and i'm just trying to turn down my happiness rather than hide from it in apathy or a negative emotion! i'd like some healthy synapses (:
