As I have reflected the last decade of my life so far, I have learned a lot about myself, and how to better my work ethic in the workforce. I started a new job, even won 2nd place in a t-shirt design contest for the company I work for, which greatly thrilled me. I hope to win first place the next time around. I work for a 5 million dollar company named "Simply Southern", and I am even close to becoming a key holder finally, after 7 years of fruitless attempts. I have had some issues along the way with fellow employees, and have worked out my issues with a manager present. I'm on a path to hopefully fulfilling my greatest dream. To move back home to Texas. For the past 15 uears, I have lived in both the eastern and middle parts of Tennessee, as I furthered my education with a fashion design and merchandising degree. I have worked at multiple companies, and have seen many "no-nos" in the work force, and I hope that someday, once I get up into management, that I can fix some of the issues I have come across, whether it's because of working conditions, poor management, or even toxic employees. https://www.instagram.com/p/CatgN89OnmlRQnnO-e1d105M_xmsNEETPxCOi80/?utm_medium=tumblr
