Interactive installation by Alfredo Salazar-Caro is a ‘game’ related to experiences of immigration and the US-Mexico border, uniquely presented with a display in a sandpit:

Border Crossing Beta 2.0 is an in-progress, experimental documentary that simulates the experience of an immigrant crossing the US-Mexico border via the Arizona Desert.

The experience is based on a series of ongoing interviews with migrant workers. The user can roam indefinately through the desert and may or may not find any fragments of these interviews / experiences.
