Policy Change: Ordering Procedure

Make sure that materials ordered are needed.  There is separate and specific budgets for each department.  If department goes over budget for supplies, the department may have to cut back in other areas, such as employee appreciation. 

Please do not order more than needed.  Please use all current inventory before ordering more.

Change Effective Immediately:  All purchase orders completed must be reviewed by manager in charge of department and returned to receiving department within 5 days of date on order.  An  invoice will be returned to the manager.  It is the manager’s responsibility to notify employee of status of purchase order.
