I planned for Tobi to be an Onamazu(giant catfish) so u're partially right, anon! Madara really can sleep on the head of his wife🤭

He is the student of kitsune Mito and like foxes can't fully hide their tails, Tobirama can't hide some of his natural features

He either cant hide his giant size and appears like umibozu(sea monk, giant humanoid creature lurking from water), either he remains half-fish and resembles a ningyo
