2. ポモドーロメソッド

25分集中・5分はメール返信・休憩を繰り返す。手を動かす前にタイマーをつける

3. コミュニケーションは3F

fast（速さ）、fair（公平さ）、fun（楽しさ・ユーモア）を意識

4. 脱スマホ

スマホ依存にならないためにスクリーンを直接触り過ぎない。ペンやキーボード経由で操作する時間を増やす

5. 傾聴

相手の話を聞き終わるまでは頭の中で答えを出さない。話を聞き終わってから自然に出た答えを話す

どれもすぐ取り入れられるし、生きることに無理や無駄がなくなっている感覚があります。
