what’s your favourite kitchen appliance?

My hand frother! I make a lot of drinks at home and having a frother is immensely helpful. I make matcha latte almost everyday and I like to use frother more than chasen.

Mine is also powerful enough so I can also use it as a hand mixer for light + small task. I HATE whisking egg white manually to increase the volume. I got no patience with that. And I usually only cook for myself so I can't really use big tools like bigger hand mixer to do it (it's like... 1-2 eggs at most).

9. are you on good terms with your parents?

With my mother, yes. She's a single mother. Its not always smooth sailing. Our personalities are very different that I don't think we'd be friends if we were around the same age haha. We argue a lot. However I've been spending more time with her since she starts needing more help with medical stuff. We hang out a lot now

18. have you ever changed fields in your career or education?

yes. What I studied vs what I do right now are very different haha.
