Because of Maxus Helios' modular nature, it is possible for this G-power to theoretically be even higher (though the box set is all a Special Treatment, so they get higher multipliers).

For Maxus Dragonoid, I'm using tentative Bakugan Trap rules:

A Bakugan Trap's G-power is 1000+ 20g for every secondary Attribute symbol, +100g if the Trap is Special Treatment

Maxus Drago G-power = (1120*3)+(1140*3)+(650*1.7) = 7890g

But why, then?

Because in order for a Bakugan to have built-in Battle Gear compatibility (in the Western rules at least, Battle Gear can be used with any Bakugan, but for coolness factor, only combines with the ones that are compatible) they have to have a platform with a piece of metal under the plastic. This allows you to make your own (unofficial) combiners.

Of course, the downside is sometimes it looks like the Bakugan are, uh, mating.

My personal favorites are Hydra formation (almost any on bottom, Phosphos on top) and Pincer Formation (Phantom Dharak bottom x Lythirus top) The way I envision these, the bottom Bakugan is the "host" and the top Bakugan turns into added parts on the host. Like in Pincer Formation, Lythirus becomes add-ons for P. Dharak, or for Hydra Formation Phosphos becomes a bunch of additional heads for the host.

And theoretically any Bakugan can be the top part of these combiners.

Tl:dr, Gundalian Invaders Battle Gear compatible Bakugan can combine, imagination is cool.

I suppose "unique" needs to be defined.

I'm thinking it would have to be something that is a distinct species separate from the rest of my collection, a one-off type (i.e., Orbit Helios is a distinct species of the Helios genus. I only have one Orbit Helios in my collection, though I have quite a few Helioses)

Then that begs the question. Is, for example, Turbine Hades a distinct species from Hades, even though they are incredibly similar? Or is that a subspecies? Technically, I have one Turbine Hades, two normal Hades, and two Myriad Hades. Hades and Myriad Hades would be different species, but would Turbine Hades effectively be Hades hades turbina, as a subspecies of Hades Hades. (Myriad Hades could be H. myriades under this nomenclature)

Or Alpha Percival would be Percival alpha, while Alpha Percival Cyclone would be P. alpha cyclo.

What I mean is: is a Special Attack version of a Bakugan that was released originally as a non-Special Attack Bakugan considered different? If no, that narrows it down a little bit.

Hold on, now I'm trying to think of a whole taxionomic system for Bakugan, at least the ones from G1. More on that some other time.
