This is a great design for a 270 square foot apartment in Paris by architect Marianne Evennou.

Storage is uniform, repetitive, and clean-lined, making the small space look uncluttered.

I love the simplicity of the kitchen design. The counter doubling as a dining space is a smart idea in limited quarters.

The dual bed nooks look very cozy. That beautiful ladder, however, looks less than practical–I might go for a ship’s ladder instead.

Having the low ‘couch’ and some large pillows are a great way to make use of a small living room by spreading out along the floor. A rug would make even more stretching-out space.

This is a cool space. I love the stairs leading up to the loft. I like how they spiral, adding to the design, and how they double as storage. I also like the natural light from all the windows.

I like this house. The loft is pretty cool, as is the outside space.

This is a nice house. I like the use of a fold down dining room table. The kitchen is well designed. I like the dormers in the bedroom and all that natural light that goes throughout the house.
