Toys/Stuffies PSA!
Here’s a few things I wanted to remind you about your toys and plushies! It’s important to remember!
✨ Your toys love you so much!!! You are their best friend, don’t forget that!
✨ Toy Story is fictional! Your toys don’t feel sad or upset when you don’t play with them for a while! They understand, and they’re happy regardless. When you get new toys, they’re happy to have new friends!
✨ Stuffies need to be washed. Make sure you give them a nice warm, relaxing bath occasionally. Stuffies don’t breathe like we do, so they enjoy being soaked underwater sometimes. They’re also very flexible! Ringing water out of them and scrubbing them is like a nice massage!
✨ They like the washer and dryer! It’s like a theme park ride! Just make sure it’s gentle, you don’t want them getting hurt!
✨ If you wake up, and a plushie is on the floor, don’t feel bad! That means they went on a super secret mission to make sure there were no monsters hiding anywhere
✨ There are plenty of ways to play! There is no one way to play, so don’t feel bad if you don’t interact with your toys the same way as someone else, or even if you don’t have any toys! Here’s a post on some non pretend play ideas!
✨ If you can’t keep a toy, don’t worry, they’re not upset! It’s just the beginning of a new adventure for them!
✨ It’s okay if you struggle to give your toys names and personalities! As long as you like them, that’s what matters!
Personally, I love thrifting my plushies and toys! It’s like reaching an animal from a shelter, versus a pet store! :3 all toys deserve love 🩵
Migraines
If you’re like me, you suffer chronic migraines, and sometimes you’re regressed when you have them! Here are some things that have helped me, even just when I’m big!
⭐️ Stay stocked with cool water, and medicine at all times. Make sure to drink plenty in a day!
⭐️ Keep sunglasses/hats with you, in case lights get overstimulating
⭐️ Try dimmable lights, or low level lighting like fairy lights or lamps for flare ups. I like my cute fairy lights!
⭐️ Get things that don’t cause much eye strain. I have glow in the dark stars on my ceiling, so I can look at something in the dark!
⭐️ Noise cancelling headphones can be very useful, especially if you can play something calming on them! If not, earplugs can be very helpful too!
⭐️ I keep a gel sleep mask in my freezer to put on when it gets bad, I find the pressure and cold helps a lot
⭐️ Keep easy snacks and drinks for when it’s harder to do things- crackers, granola bars, apple sauce, you name it!
⭐️ It can be good to journal your flare ups. Ivan if you just draw a smile or a frown, or rate it from 1-10
⭐️ Keep fun, easy things for harder days- soft plushies you can play with in bed, cozy corners you can curl up in, books someone could read to you
⭐️ Don’t be afraid to ask people for help! If you have a cg, you can ask them to be in charge of medication, or making sure you get enough sleep, or food, etc
⭐️ Get an oral stim toy. Some of my migraines stem from clenching my jaw, or biting/grinding my teeth, so having something gentler to do with my mouth has helped
⭐️ Be kind to yourself! Its okay to take a break, it’s okay to have more needs, it’s okay to ask for help!
Hope this helps at all! Feel free to mention any other tips you may have!
Ideas for Age Dreamers!
This can be for anyone, but I specifically had age dreamers in mind when compiling the list. Enjoy!
Play computer or video games you enjoyed as a child. (I personally love playing the educational ones again just because they are so comforting and nosta
If you struggle to stay entertained with traditional play, then there are plenty of alternative ways to stay engaged with toys. I recommend photo shoots (you can even make DIY sets and props), making a short film with them, changing their clothes and hair styles, setting them up to display, or even just cuddling with them while doing another activity.
I will forever recommend Nesting
Read and/or write agere fics. Perfect for getting into the smol mood :)
And if you don’t want to write fan fiction, write your very own original short story. Bonus points if it’s targeted to the age you dream to!
Look through bins of old toys, photo albums, and other things that make you nostalgic
Mix medias in your art. Combine crayons, markers, pastels, paints, etc—you can use exclusively kids materials, or use a mix of more ‘adult’ mediums with them. I love doing this because it adds a layer of nostalgia to my traditional art and makes it more personal :)
Think of or make a list of your favorite childhood memories
Rewatch your favorite kid’s series. I find that ones about fundamental learning (such as colors, letters, the concept of friendship, etc) are particularly comforting
If possible for your situation, go shopping for baby or kids items and donate them to a charity. It’s very fulfilling and nostalgic, and you can also keep a few pieces of gear for yourself!

Shout out to the regressors who don't like to share. Who hide their favorite toys when others come over. Who don't like playdates and prefer to play by themselves. Who grew up being forced to let others play with their things. Your stuff & time is yours, you don't need to give it to others if you don't want to.
My favorite things to hear when I'm small
"You're too little for that, honey."
"Aw, do you need some help, sweetie?"
"I think someone needs some snuggles."
"What a good baby!"
"Do you want to play, kiddo?"
"Aren't you just the cutest little thing!"
roblox games for littles ♡
♡ sensory world - a game full of sensory toys to play with as well as arcade games, a decent alternative to angels sensory room (who's owner has a history of banning age regressors from their game)
♡ jovial playground/peppers playhouse (if you don't mind creepy visuals/derealization!)
♡ rainy day - an aesthetically pleasing nature hangout game
♡ backpacking - a chill camping game
♡ bloxy bingo - a fun bingo game
♡ farmstead - a slow paced farming simulator
♡ sandbox - a pixelated single player sandbox game
♡ astro renaissance - a royale high-like dressup game
♡ marble mania - a fun marble-run game
♡ my hello kitty cafe - a sanrio themed cafe tycoon
♡ color book - a giant coloring book where you color entire maps
♡ jigsaw puzzles - a laid back single player puzzle game
♡ advanced claw machine - a realistic claw machine game
♡ in the hills - a cute picnic simulator
always remember to keep yourself safe, roblox is NOT a very safe game when it comes to the community! be careful when wearing regression fits (i.e fits with pacis, bottles, etc) in certain games as you can be harassed for wearing them, i have many times!! dont forget to have fun :]

Littles who have gone a long time without a caregiver, or have never had one, need special kinds of love.
They won't know how to act around you when you try to give them attention or love, they might even feel a little scared because they aren't used to it. But that's okay, you have to be more gentle with them and take things one step at a time. They have to make sure they can trust you, and that can mean being very patient, but it is all part of the process.
Once they can trust you, they will love you forever, and in the end, all of the special care and patience it took to get to that point will become worth it in the end. 🩶

“ ugly ” regression
☆ it’s not talked enough in regression about the hard big angry feelings. It’s not always relaxing and playing
☆ I want to yell and cry
☆ Throw my toys and push you away
☆ I don’t understand how to process these big feelings
☆ I can’t verbalise what I want
☆ All I want to do is scream and tantrum
☆ Things aren’t going my way and I’m not spoiled for feeling that
☆ I wanna scribble all over my pretty drawing in a black crayon
☆ It’s okay to feel this way
☆ It’s okay to get those feelings out
So important to acknowledge this side of regression too ❤️
